Trash Fins

A product design collaboration for WATERBOYS with Eco By Ry, an LA-based sustainable surf label led by surfer/shaper Ryan Harris, inspired by the application of alternative materials and the creation of new value chains from waste. This project demonstrates local manufacturing and the use of overlooked waste materials in the surfboard and surf fin building process to produce surf fins entirely made of "trash" that still deliver performance and quality.
